After receiving a Life Scholarship for academics, Vanessa attended Northeastern Technical College in Cheraw, SC where she received an Associate’s Degree in Business in 2005. Soon after completing her degree, Vanessa began working for the Marlboro County Treasurer’s office where she worked for 3 years. She was later married before moving to Charlotte, NC in 2008 where she and her husband currently reside. Vanessa currently works at Family Legacy as an Executive Assistant.
